Reseller Webhosting

Compliments of the seasons!to you all my readers.I hope we are going to make the most out of our hosting this promising year.I hope you do enjoy your vacations/holidays.Straight to business.

The two main types of hosting you'll find when looking around are shared and Reseller hosting. Both types of accounts are fairly similar, with one major difference. With shared hosting you generally only have one account and you share resources with all other accounts on the server. With reseller hosting you buy a larger chunk of a shared server and resell those resources to your customers.

The great thing about a Reseller account is that you don't need to know how to run a server at all. The company you buy the reseller account from takes care of maintaining the server software. Any time you have a problem related to the server you just contact the host and they'll take care of it.

Since Reseller hosting is targetted at users who have multiple accounts that need hosting, most users won't notice any benefit from them. By buying a larger portion of the server you are generally able to save quite a bit of money over buying individual shared accounts.

With a Reseller account you can also sell hosting, so this can be a relatively economical step into the hosting business. You have the flexibility of controlling your own clients, creating, suspending and terminating accounts. You also have the knowledge that the server is being maintained for you, so you only have to worry about your clients and website.

Since the host you got the account from will be maintaining the server, you won't need to be staying up all night dealing with problems. And any issues you have you should also be able to get help with.

Another thing is that is that if you are unable to solve a customer's problem yourself your customers can call your host and mention your I.D no.This before now has become a lengthly process and is one of the major reasons some customers are unwilling to buy hosting from a reseller.

As a Reseller, you have increased access to admin functions, and if you have exposure with the control panel and server software you may find this very interesting. The other thing I can propose is asking the host if it would be possible for them to empower your account more with admin privileges.

In my opinion Reseller hosting is worth the money. It is a good step in selling web hosting and if done properly enables a small business to generate money from reselling shared hosting accounts.

Finally,i promised my readers that i will show them how to host free and without advertising.Click on it and get yourself a new year goody.HAPPY NEW YEAR!
